Support Center FAQ

What is the purpose of the Support Center?

The Support Center is our main support channel. Our support team constantly monitors all incoming traffic and we try to process requests within 48 hours. Questions answered here are publicly available to other users of AlterNET community, so we encourage you to search through knowledge base before asking your question - there is a chance it might be already answered.

What type of questions can I ask?

You may ask any questions you have related to our products and services, as well as provide any feedback/suggestions related to our products. 

Can I submit questions privately?
At the present moment all communications in this Support Center are publicly visible. If you want to send sensitive information, please contact us at support@alternetsoft.com instead.

What are the support center rules ?

Please refrain from posting any spam and other commercial communications, viruses or other malicious code, any hateful, threatening,  adult content, any personal or financial information.

Please do not intimidate, or harass any other user or support staff. Please refrain from using strong language.

Violation of these rules may result in post being deleted and login credentials being revoked.
